Items may be exchanged for a different size or colour within 7 days of receipt.

Should an item be inherently faulty and a replacement cannot be found a full refund will be given.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and there are no inherent faults you may return the item for credit, to be used within 6 months within our online store at www.friendsofcouture.com.au/catalog.

To return/exchange an item please send an email to online@friendsofcouture.com.au stating the order number and nature of the problem or exchange you wish to make. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm that the exchange is available and acceptable.
